Pamper yourselves at the Good Housekeeping weekend!
April 7th, 2011 - 6:12 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 7 (IANS) Free beauty experiences, health consultations, celebrity expert advice and food samplings - there’s going to be all this and more to pamper women at the upcoming Lakme Good Housekeeping Weekend April 9-10.
Celebrities like actor-singer Sharon Prabhakar, singer Shibani Kashyap, fashion designer Rina Dhaka, television actress Simone Singh and Mumbai-based celebrity cosmetologist Rashmi Shetty will be present during the weekend for panel discussions and will share their own beauty experiences.
“The fourth edition of the annual Good Housekeeping event is a reflection of our close relationship with the mature, urban Indian woman, and her changing, evolving needs. We aim to engage our readers on topics ranging from beauty and personal care to health and food at this one-stop weekend destination,” India Today Group’s lifestyle division COO Mala Sekhri said in a press statement.
The two-day fiesta, to be held at ITC Sheraton, Saket, is free for all to attend.
Visitors can look forward to sampling healthy snacks, free consultation on how to make life stress-free, tests for blood sugar and blood pressure, height and weight checks, quizzes and games and yoga demos, among other things.
There will also be experiential counters for nail art, manicures, makeovers, facials, skin analysis, massages, foot and hand reflexology and styling tips.
