London, Nov 5 (IANS) Designer Roland Mouret is closing his menswear label to concentrate on the launch of three new womenswear categories in 2012.
Mouret has plans to launch footwear, bridal wear and a cocktail collection, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
“The company has made a decision to focus on continuing the growth of its successful womenswear business, and, as a result, the MR menswear line has been put on hold, effective immediately,” he said.
He had launched his menswear line in Paris in January 2010. His celebrity women fans include Victoria Beckham, Cameron Diaz and Duchess Catherine.
