Minogue back home after appendix operation
April 29th, 2011 - 2:14 pm ICT by IANSLondon, April 29 (IANS) Singer-turned-designer Dannii Minogue has been discharged after an emergency operation to remove her appendix.
On Saturday April 23, the Australian singer was in so much pain that she was rushed to a West London clinic. She was discharged Wednesday.
“Dannii had an onset of extreme pain at the weekend and was rushed to hospital. The doctors managed a quick diagnosis so it was decided she should have her appendix taken out there and then,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
“They managed to operate on her very soon after she arrived so she was out of the woods quickly. But obviously it was a huge shock to her system and she spent several days recovering. She has now been discharged from hospital and is at home resting,” the source added.
