Minnillo can wait for babies
March 26th, 2011 - 4:39 am ICT by IANSLondon, March 26 (IANS) TV presenter Vanessa Minnillo says she and fiance Nick Lachey are in no hurry to have children because they know how life changes after that.
Minnillo and the singer got engaged last year and while they are busy preparing for their forthcoming nuptials, she insists they won’t be rushing to start a family because having kids is such a huge responsibility, reports contactmusic.com.
“Let’s do it one chapter at a time, why rush? We have the rest of our lives. If you have children, once they’re there, they’re there. You can’t say, ‘I don’t think I want to deal with you today.’ No, they’re there!,” she said.
Even as she is excited about her wedding to Nick, Minnillo admits she hasn’t done much planning, but knows she won’t let her fiance have too much of a say on their big day because he would want it sports-related.
