Men now prefer long-leg boxer briefs to boxers
February 11th, 2011 - 5:20 pm ICT by ANINew York, Feb 11 (ANI): It seems boxer shorts are not as popular these days - men are choosing to go long.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the long-legged brief was the undergarment of choice for gentlemen shoppers in 2010, reports the New York Daily News.
Nearly 40 percent of men’s underwear sold was of the tight but not-too-short variety.
Fewer than 30 percent of men chose boxer shorts over the long-legged boxer brief.
Times were tough in 2009, and some gents may have held off on buying that new pair of underwear.
In 2010, men finally gave in - underwear sales shot up 10.7 percent. (ANI)
