Manmohan Singh to inaugurate Bengaluru International airport
June 3rd, 2008 - 8:20 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment ) Bangalore, June 3 (ANI): Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has accepted Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappas invitation to inaugurate the Bengaluru International Airport.
Yeddyurappa on Tuesday informed the reporters in Bangalore about PMs acceptance to the invitation which he had given to him during his visit to New Delhi on Monday.
Since May 24, project promoters of the Bengaluru International Airport Limited (BIAL) have been working relentlessly to give final touch to the project.
Yeddyurappa who is in Bangalore said his request for allocating more funds to improve infrastructure in Bangalore and adequate supply of fertilizers to the State was being considered by the PM. (ANI)
