Ron Douglas, a KFC devotee who had once ditched his Wall St. job in order to unveil the food giant’s secret recipe to success has finally figured it out. And now, it is reported that a major book house will publish the much awaited secret recipe that he claims to be identical with that of the Colonel Sanders’ 11 herbs and 11 spices.

Ron Douglas had reportedly spent years, researching and experimenting with various products in order to reproduce KFC’s Original Recipe. According to the sources, at one point of time Ron became so desperate to discover KFC’s secret recipe that he even allegedly tried to bribe a cook working in KFC. While trying to figure out KFC’S ingredients, Douglas was surprised that there were many people on the net who were repeatedly trying to figure out KFC’s original recipe. Thus Douglas decided to start off a website devoted to copy cat recipes, relying on his growing taste buds along with a growing community of amateur foodies.

Douglas reportedly went deep in order to figure out the ingredients that attracts people all over the world to the food giant’s outlets. He repeatedly experimented with various sorts of technologies and products to nail down the taste that he had been craving to discover. He even ditched his job as a Finance Manger in JP Morgan in 2007 in order to manage the website full time.

He also began hiring part time chefs to work out dozens of recipes of popular food chains. He published a book of “do it yourself fast food recipes” which sold as many as 50,000 copies. Recently his book “America’s Most Wanted Recipes” has been released which also features a KFC recipe.
