James Packer denies dad Kerry was Heather Mills sugar daddyApril 24th, 2008 - 11:43 am ICT by admin
Melbourne, Apr 24 (ANI): Media mogul James Packer has rubbished claims that Heather Mills was once his father Kerrys call girl.
Packer, who is currently Australias second richest man, also said that allegations that his father was Mills sugar daddy was a cheap shot against his late father.
“I do not believe the story. I believe it is a cheap shot at someone who cannot defend himself,” The Australian quoted him, as saying.
The allegation, reported in British paper the Daily Mail, was made by a woman named Denise Hewitt, who said she worked as a 10,000 pounds a night escort with Mills back in the 1980s.
In an explosive Channel 4 documentary, Hewitt says: “We went into high-class prostitution behind closed doors and nobody knew about it. (Adnan) Kashoggi, Kerry Packer and one of the Royal princes of Saudi, they were the big fish and there were a couple of others that were classed as Heather’s sugar daddies.”
“We used to get a lot of jewellery as gifts - rings, watches, Bulgari bracelets, cars. The world was our oyster. We enjoyed it.
“No one knew what we did and we didn’t expect it to come out. I don’t look on it as sleazy. It was experiencing something we couldn’t have experienced if we hadn’t done this.
“I mean working class women don’t get 10,000 pounds a night. People go out in Newcastle and do it for free, but then can’t remember who they’ve done it with.”
Mills has refused to comment on the story. (ANI)
