Gurpareet Bains claims that the vodka-based tipple is effective in “cleaning” the bloodstream with a string of “superfoods” contained in it.
“This cocktail is about helping people have a good time without having to pay for it the following morning,” Timesonline quoted him as saying.
The “Christmas spice-infused acai and pomegranate cocktail” is made with 25ml Christmas spice-infused vodka, 15ml Cointreau, 30ml acai juice and 330ml pomegranate juice.
Fresh mint leaves and a stick of cinnamon are used to garnish it.
Even though the drink causes drunkenness, it prevents hangover.
However, Bains warned: “Alcohol, in any form, is bad for the body and its cells.” (ANI)
