New York, Dec 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The New Year is almost here with us and as it is always done, there will be parties at several places to welcome the year.

If you have organized such an event before, you will find that there are several things to it than just feeding and entertaining your guests. On the other hand, if you have always been attending the event a other people’s house, guess what, you too can do it.

Several factors have to be considered before organizing the New Year’s Eve party. Chiefly among the things that need to be considered is the guests that are expected. Numbers are everything but you should also consider the ages. Having a New Year’s Eve party for kids is way different than having it for grownups. However when the age variant is mixed, it presents another challenge altogether.

When you know the category of guests that you are expecting, it helps to properly plan on how you are going to entertain them. You don’t however have to forget that timing is everything in New Year’s Eve party. You must have enough alarm clocks to get the desired effect.

If possible, get an alarm clock on every table and set the alarm to midnight. You must also have your nice cake with the year boldly unscripted on it.
