‘Fields of Dreams’ land for sale

Field of Dreams Iowa, May 14 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The people who own the land where the film “Fields of Dreams” was made in 1989, want to sell it off and are asking for $5.4 million. The film starred Kevin Costner and James Earl. The property, which has been held by the owners for over a century, is a 193-acre farmland. The property is located at Dyersville, Iowa.

Analysts say that the property will make for a great size mortgage and also has a large farmhouse. There are other farmhouses on the property as well and lost of souvenirs like T-shirts and Postcards can also be sold to the tourists from there.

Ken Sanders who is helping to oversee the sale of the property said that he thinks some baseball player or manager is going to buy the property. He also said movie stars might also be interested in the iconic property. However he said he doesn’t see himself as the buyer of the farmland, even though he will love to have such a property.

Ken Sanders, who is a former major league pitcher, said that he is trying to convince his bosses to place a bid for the property. He wants them to have it as their headquarters.
