David Siegel Selling Out “Versailles” Mansion For $75 Million

Massive Mansion UnfinishedWindermere, June 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Billionaire David Siegel plans to sell out his unfinished “Versailles” mansion. He has recently declared his decision to sell out the unfinished structure for an umbrella amount of $75 million.

So before you place your bets, here’s how the “Versailles” mansion stands. Missing walls, missing final layer and bare landscapes.

David Siegel and his associates claim that the entire property is worth a total of $75 million. It was also said that the unfinished “Versailles” mansion would still require $25 million to complete the entire structure which is huge and spacious with a garage capacity for 20 cars along with a grand hall which has a 30 feet high dome with stained class.

The obvious question arises why David Siegel is so eager to sell out such a splendid structure? Well, the billionaire says that his decision is in accordance to his business needs which has triggered an urgency to sell out the mansion.

The mansion which is situated close to Tiger Woods’ house has already been tagged for sale as the “monument to unparalleled success”. It has a sprawling complex that stretches over 90,000 square foot that includes 13 bedrooms, 10 kitchens and 23 bathrooms. Besides it has 3 swimming pools and a two story wine cellar.

It also has space for rotating a mechanical bed. “Versailles” stands tall as a state-of-the-art structure which shall take more than one year if one tries his hand to complete the mansion according to it’s plan. As far the expenses are concerned, the electricity bills is sure to burn a hole in the pockets during the hot summers and the yearly tax payment for the house is said to be somewhere round an annual payment of $1.5 million.
