Cher undergoing back treatment

The Believe hitmaker claims her love for high heeled shows have left her with spinal problems, and she took to Twitter.com on Wednesday (12 Oct,11) to tell followers she was in San Francisco, California treating the health issue.
“In SF 4 treatment on back ! Due to wearin those high high high Platforms,” dailystar.co.uk posted her tweet.
“Going to face the Music…. Ahhh I mean the doctors with great big needles..YUCK,” she further tweeted.
