Feb 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Blonde doll Barbie is pursuing a brand new career in information technology. As per the reports, the doll is all set to come out of the stereotypical cutie-pie image and that the newest career that she would be venturing out with would be that of a computer engineer.

The fact that all the fans of the blonde doll would now be seeing her taking up her 126th career, was revealed recently at the New York Toy Fair. In her brand new role as a computer engineer, Barbie would be adorning a nice looking T-shirt which has flashing binary code pattern on it. To mark her venture in the world of information technology, the doll would also be carrying a smart-phone as well as a Bluetooth headset. Moreover, in order to complete her look, the blonde doll would be wearing a pink glasses that reflects her intellectual persona. Despite taking up the new job, Barbie would still be able to flaunt her cascade of blonde hair and enviable perfect figure.

However, the new job option of the doll is all the more special as this time around her career has been chosen by millions of her fans with the help of voting. This was a new initiative by the toy company Mattel, which manufactures Barbie dolls. The company asked her fans to vote for the career that they would like their favorite doll to pursue among computer engineer, news anchor, environmentalist, surgeon and architect. Since her launch way back in 1959, the blonde doll has undergone many transformations, but her new role as a computer engineer is expected to gain widespread popularity.
