Air India flight goes for emergency landing
August 26th, 2009 - 4:34 pm ICT by IBNSMumbai, Aug 26 (IBNS) A Bangalore-bound Air India flight with 87 passengers on board had to go for an emergency landing at Mumbai airport due to a technical snag on Wednesday.
“Flight no IC-109 took-off at 0937 hours but soon returned to Mumbai after a technical snag was reported in the aircraft,” an Air India spokesperson said.
“All passengers are safe and they have already been flown to Bangalore in another aircraft around noon,” the spokesperson said.
