Wills turns hero; rescues girl rider during African motorbike rally

London, October 21 (ANI): Prince William, who recently began the gruelling 1000-mile motorbike trek across Africa, rode to the rescue of a female competitor during the charitable rally.

The gallant prince is said to have rode the girl riders heavy bike to the peak on South Africa’’s wild west coast for her before trailing back to get his own, reports the Mirror.

Wills then reportedly led his team, including younger brother Harry, to the evenings camp where they are said to have a dip in the pool.

The royals, who started their eight-day adventure into the South African wilderness on October 18, will test their endurance in what is understood to be a life-changing experience.

They are said to have joined the Enduro Africa 08 charity ride a charitable event that is their first since they staged the successful Concert for Diana last year in memory of their mother. (ANI)
