Uttarakhand police chief vows to wage war against terrorism

- Dehradun, Nov 12 (ANI): Uttarakhand’s Director-General of Police (DGP) R P Nishank today said security agencies are on guard and would wage an all out war to root out terrorism from the State.
Interacting with top police officials today with the aim of assessing the security scenario in the state, Nishank said, “We are fully alert and I also want to add that if anyone dares to try anything on the State of Uttarakhand, we vow to launch a war to root out terrorism from the world.”
He said the authorities have already identified key institutions and would provide security to them. (ANI)
