UFO photographed shooting red beams of light to the ground in Bristol

November 7th, 2008 - 2:20 pm ICT by ANI Tell a Friend -

London, Nov 7 (ANI): In a bizarre incident, a UFO was spotted shooting red beams of light to the ground as it hovered over Bristol in South West England.

The mysterious craft and the flashing beams were recorded on the mobile phones of Shellie Williams, 20, and her mum Betty, 53.

The duo also caught the red and white vertical beams, which were not visible to the naked eye.

For care worker Shellie, who watched from outside her home in nearby Hartcliffe, it was a very eerie incident.

It was bizarre and I was quite frightened, the Sun quoted her as saying.

Her mother Betty, who was also spooked by the incident, reported sighting more than one.

Through binoculars you could see clusters of lights, Betty said.

They seemed to form a circle and were attached to something. It freaked us out, she added.

The two ladies were not the only ones who saw the bizarre incident, along with them was their neighbour Tony Jefferies, who stated that he had seen the lights go on and off for two weeks.

Both mother and daughter pinpointed the lights as having been close to a radio mast on Dundry Hill.

But air traffic control at Bristol International Airport said that it had no reports of unusual activity, and the Avon & Somerset police said their helicopter was not out and they had not had UFO reports. (ANI)

So where are the pictures ?!

  2. E King Says:

I was driving along Coronation Road, heading towards ASDA in Bedminster, when my mother, who was sitting next to, me saw it. She didn’t tell me anything at the time, didn’t want me to be distracted and take my eyes off the road, but she did tell me when I parked the car five minutes later. I told my mother it must have been fireworks or something (Bonfire night), now I really wish I could have seen for myself- or at least the pictures mentioned in the article.

  3. Brian Says:

Video captured ,huh. Where is it?

  4. marty Says:

Nothing is more suspect than a story that screams “We have UFO pictures!” and then declines to offer any pictures.

How ’bout this one: I have a picture of aliens making me soup, but I can’t show it to you.

    LOL!

  5. Greg Says:

Yea, where are the pictures?? Why bother reporting this without them?

  6. Mark Says:

There are enough whistleblowers on record who have confirmed that the US military have a working alliance with the fallen angels/greys,reptiles,annunaki yet the sheeple ’sleep on’ as to what is really going on.

See my site, the truth is out there!

  7. Peter Says:

Where is the photograph? What is the point of the story without the pictures?

  8. Peed Says:

Where the hell are the photos, we’ve had enough words for over 60+ years, give us the damn PROOF

  9. Truthseeker Says:

Uhhh, photos? “Photographed” ?? Hello? Let’s see em!

  10. MoSceal Says:

    Where is the photo?

Is it more than a blurred light in night sky.

What about it makes it different than a helicoptor or other aircraft with spot light?

  11. Allen Wood Says:

I would love to see the pictures as well as Mr Morris. If possible please post them in an updated story……..Thanks

  12. Jean Paul Tizzard Says:

Another useless article about a photograph of a UFO but without the actual photo. Great!!!

  13. ThomasT Says:

I thoguht they are identified flying objects. http://www.theyfly.com has hundreds of crystal clear analogue (1973+) photos. Dont worry about this news item forgetting to post the photos. If they are very good, they would probably have been censored. Discover we have open contact with et.that we are et, and that our comon ancestors, are the ones mainly flying the beamships. Am I a nutter? Nah, just a retired airline training captain with multiple sightings, and many years of communication with the Swiss contactees.

  14. Larry Says:

Where is the photo? All I see are words that talk or tell a story. Where is this photo?

  15. Casey Says:

Well thats nothing! I have photos and video of George Bush, Elvis, Bigfoot, and the abdominal snow man playing cards! Just dont ask to see them

  16. M Ku Says:

“UFO photographed shooting red beams of light to the ground in Bristol” Where are the photographs that are the subject of this headline? Obviously, there aren’t any. This is just some invented BS story to generate hits for this stupid website. Not that UFOs aren’t real but this one is not real.

  17. Patrick Sullivan Says:

Wonder who and what used a radio mast on Dundry Hill for?

  18. Chris D Says:

Yeah, was wondering the same. Where are the pics? I took pictures of Bigfoot last week while treking in Georgia, I could give you a 2 page article about it, but sorry, I won’t include the pics, you just have to believe me…

  19. Anne Koskinen Says:

A story about pictures without pictures seems to be a bit of bunk.

  20. whatever Says:

yeah I’m tired of these “news” reports with no pictures or video. why even report it then?

  21. John Smith Says:

A journalistic question here: If you have a headine saying that a UFO was “photographed”, WHY NOT ACUTUALLY SHOW the damned UFO photo, eh?

  22. Anthony Conroy Says:

Yeh Where are the pics ??
Maybe it should read UFO seen
    through binoculars!!!
Those Mobile Phone pics are next to useless anyway , i gave mine to the cat to play with !

  23. BADGER BADGERISM Says:

I thank Thomas T for pointing out that we have plenty of UFO evidence at our site. We also have plenty of evidence of the failure of the top skeptics to debunk or duplicate any of the UFO Photos, films or other evidence.

And even more important than all of the great UFO photos, etc. is the content, the information given to this one man over the past 66 years.

You are free to read an abundance of this information and make up your own mind as to its value.

Oh yeah, this is the site:

  31. MoSceal Says:

Thanks for sharing link to pictures and video.

    I want to believe, but…

Red beam looks out of place to solid almost drawn into picture after fact (hoax?).

Lights by themselves without reference point and clarity.

Can not tell if lights connected to single object or multiple.

Without reference points can not tell size, speed, distance/location.

Try going to a lookout near an airport after sun down. Watch air traffic as it comes in and out. Use your imagination to reinterpret lights. Try taking pictures with cell camera.

Point here we need much better observations.

    We need:
    * Stable base for camera (tripod/pod)
    * Multiple observers/recording devices
    * Reference points in images
    - show size
    - speed
    - location
    * equipment showing clarity beyond blur and imagination

  32. MoSceal Says:

p.s. point to observing by airport is open your mind to conclusions brought by imagination.

  33. ThomasT Says:

Mr Ku says these shots are not real. Would he like to comment on the http://www.theyfly.com website shots? 5 US investigators spent 5 years with Meier trying to debunk him, but failed. One day, Meier was typing upstairs in his office, the investgators were sitting downstairs at the front of the house. A few hours later Meier was seen walking up the road to the house. He had just had another contact, having been beamed-up, out of the house. They had to break the door to get into his office, which had been locked from inside. The investigators publishe the investigation in a book, Light Years. Other proof. One thousand crytsal clear color photos on Kodak film of beamships including closeups, of which one hundred were ananlysed by JPL in US, and found to be photos of a metal object in the distance, about 7 metres diameter. Metal fragments identified by IBM top scientist, M Vogel, found to have rae metsals fused in absolute purity by an unknown cold process, was for a pre-final stage of the beamship hull constructio. The important thing in these contacts is NOT are they real, but the information passed on to us by et. That they are our common ancestors, 1500 years ahead on tech, our past 22 million year history, and spiritual knowledge. Plus future happeneings. Go outside the mind controlled box of mainstream that SETI is looking for et, and re educate yourself, if you have the will.

  36. Lee McGavin Says:

Me and my friend Robin saw 3 red lights slowly moving too. We were sat on my garage roof at about 9-10ish when it happened… they moved really slowly and travelled quite far and then disappeared into the clouds… we were just watching and were like, “Oooooh…” We never saw any red beam though…

  37. Lee McGavin Says:

… But that was like aaaages ago… it came up in the newspaper a few days later :)
