Two militants killed in Kulgam encounter
September 24th, 2009 - 2:05 pm ICT by ANIKulgam, Sep. 24 (ANI): Two militants were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday.
According to sources, a search operation was launched by security forces in a forest area of Kulgam.
The militants opened fire on them and in the ensuing gun battle two militants were killed.
According to latest reports, the gun battle was still on. (ANI)
