Two CRPF men injured in Srinagar
March 15th, 2012 - 10:14 pm ICT by IANSSrinagar, March 15 (IANS) A grenade attack by militants injured two paramilitary troopers here Thursday evening, police said.
A senior police officer said suspected militants hurled a grenade at a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Karan Nagar. A head constable and a constable were injured.
“They were shifted to a hospital. Both are out of danger.”
Tension gripped the busy business hub as shopkeepers hurriedly closed their shops and people rushed for cover after the explosion.
