Train services affected as five bogies derail near Agra
October 14th, 2009 - 6:52 pm ICT by ANIAgra, Oct.14 (ANI): Train services were badly affected after five bogies of a goods train derailed in the Jaooj area near Agra on Wednesday morning.
According to officials, no one was injured in the accident.
The incident took place between Jaooj and Bhandai stations under Jhansi division of North-Central railway, they added.
The incident affected train services related to the route, as the Chhattisgarh Express, Punjab Mail, Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi Express and Taj Express had to be stopped due to the incident.
Relief and rescue operations have started and the track is expected to be fixed by this evening. (ANI)
