Three LeT militants killed in Kashmir’s Doda district
June 5th, 2009 - 2:41 pm ICT by ANIDoda, June 5 (ANI): Three Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants were killed in a gun-battle with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda District on Friday.
A combing and search operation was launched by the Rashtriya Rifle troops and Special Task Force of Police in Tagan Dhar area, which is 50 km from Jammu, police said.
The militants opened fire at the forces and in the ensuing gunbattle, three militants were killed.
The bodies of the militants are yet to be recovered. (ANI)
