Manmohan Singh New Delhi, Apr 11(ANI): Sally Roemer, the wife of United States Ambassador to India, Timothy Roemer, and Culture Secretary Jawhar Sircar, presented 1,000 books to ten schools at an American Center ceremony here today.

The books are a symbol of friendship between Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh’s wife Gursharan Kaur and US First Lady Michelle Obama.
