New Delhi , Sept 12 (ANI): A teenager, who fled from the scene after critically injuring two motorcyclists with his BMW car on Thursday, was arrested on Friday from the Kashmere Gate inter-state bus terminus (ISBT) here.
Utsav Bhasin (19), the son of a Delhi-based industrialist, was at the wheels of his car when he rammed the motorcycle riders early on Thursday morning near the Moolchand flyover in South Delhi , police and witnesses said.
The victims, Mrigank Srivastav and Anuj Singh in their twenties, were rushed to the trauma centre of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) by the police after an auto rickshaw driver informed them of the mishap.
While Srivastav, who was driving the motorcycle, is showing some signs of recovery, Singh is said to be still critical.
