Mumbai, July 28 (ANI): The soundtrack of the forthcoming Bollywood film ‘Hello Darling’ was unveiled in Mumbai.
Produced by Ashok Ghai, ‘Hello Darling’ stars Gul Panag, Celina Jaitely, Isha Koppikar with Javed Jaffrey and Divya Dutta playing a married couple in the film.
The director of the film is debutant Manoj Tiwari and the script is penned by Pankaj and Sachin.
The music director of the film is Pritam Chakraborty and the cinematographer is Ravi Yadav.
Speaking on the occasion, actor Isha Kopikkar said that different choreographers have choreographed the songs.
“One song is done by Remo (Remo D’Souza), one by Raju Khan and one song done by Pony (Pony Verma); it’s really nice as it has flavours of all of them. I like all the songs and shooting of the songs are excellent,” said Koppikar.
The film deals with the subject of sexual harassment at the workplace in a comic way.
Meanwhile, Javed Jaffrey, known most for his dancing abilities and comic roles, has sung a song in the film.
“I like the music very much and my favourite song is ‘Casanova’ because I have sung in this song. No, actually ‘Aa jaane jaa’ is a classic song and it is remixed by Pritam and I am thankful to him that he has used my voice in this song,” said Jaffrey.
He further said that the girls who have faced sexual harassment should raise their voices against this evil and come and fight in the open.
“You know, never in the industry, surprisingly, but as a normal girl when I was working, as a student while going to school, coming back from school, yes. I have faced it in my life. I luckily had parents who are very supportive who took great care of me. But all girls do not have such support from the family because in India it is believed that if a girl is harassed then it must be girl’s fault. My character is the same in the movie,” added Jaitely.
‘Hello Darling’ revolves around the lives of three beautiful girls who work in the fashion world where they deal with a lustful boss at the personal and professional levels in a comic way.
The film is being released by Mukta Arts by end of August. (ANI)
