Sonia inaugurates bronze chariot of Lord Krishna, Arjuna in Kurukshetra

Kurukshetra, July 28 (ANI): Congress president and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi today inaugurated the bronze chariot of Lord Krishna and Arjuna at Kurukshetra in Haryana.
The Rs two crore, 35-foot-high bronze statue of Krishna-Arjun Rath was inaugurated at Purshottam Bagh in Brahmasarovar.
Completed in November 2007, the 45-tone chariot was constructed by famous sculptor from Maharashtra, Ram Sutar.
UPA chairperson also released a report by local MP Navin Jindal on the development works carried out in his constituency during last four years. (ANI)
