Six injured in road accident on Bandra-Worli sea link
December 13th, 2009 - 8:47 pm ICT by ANIMumbai, Dec 13(ANI): Six people were injured in a high-speed collision between two cars on Bandra-Worli sea link in Mumbai in the wee hours on Sunday.
The accident took place when one of the cars took a sudden U-turn and collided with another car coming from behind on the newly constructed highway, which connects Bandra and Worli.
“The accident occurred when the black coloured car took a U-turn, which is not allowed on this road,” said Suryakant Ghagaare, assistant police inspector.
The accident is the second in the last five days, in the highway, which was inaugurated in June. (ANI)
