Recession-inspired Christmas cards flying off shelves in UK!

London, Dec 3 (ANI): Besides peoples lives, the global credit crunch has left a mark on this years Christmas greetings too cards wishing people a Great Depression are flying off the shelves in Britain.

And crunch greeting cards, available in various designs, are proving a festive bestseller, reports The Sun

One such card feature 1930s photos including a man eating free grub with the slogan: I hope you like soup.

Another with an OAP in the cold says: I sold my spleen to pay my mortgage.
