Gangapur (Maharashtra), Feb 25(ANI): The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray was on Thursday released on bail, hours after surrendering before a court in Gangapur in Maharashtra’s Aurangabad district in connection with four cases of rioting filed against him in 2008.
Thackeray, who was accompanied by his lawyer, was granted bail by the court of Judicial Magistrate on a bond of Rs 15,000.Earlier in October 2008, Thackeray was arrested in Ratnagiri district over the anti-north Indians campaign launched by his party.
