Prime Minister pays tribute to Sardar Patel on 135th birth anniversary

New Delhi, Oct 31 (ANI): The Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, on Sunday paid tribute to former Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his 135th birth anniversary.
Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar and several union ministers and members of Parliament paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel along with Dr Manmohan Singh at his portrait in the Central Hall of Parliament House.
A booklet containing the profile of Sardar Patel was also presented to the dignitaries present on the occasion. (ANI)
