Lahore , July 11 (ANI): PML-N president and former Pakistan premier, Shujaat Hussain has said that the PPP-led coalition government would fall apart within two months.

A change will take place in or outside parliament within two months, Shujaat reportedly told reporters at the Muslim League House.

Opposition Leader in the National Assembly, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and Member of the Punjab Assembly (MPA) Chaudhry Zaheeruddin were also present on the occasion, and said that the present day government didnt have capability of giving good governance.

Shujaat said his party wanted to see diffusion of the Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan issue. We do not intend to see the issue ending up in foreign hands, he said, implying that the issue could be dragged to the US and International Atomic Energy Commission.

Elahi said the coalition government had failed to deliver despite the opposition allowing it enough time to function. The government consists of incompetent people who have no vision, he said and added that the prices of flour, rice and ghee had doubled since November 2007. The dollar reached Rs 74 in July whereas it stood at Rs 60 four months ago.

He said that Afghan President Hamid Karzai had not dared to talk against Pakistan nor had the US threatened to launch strikes inside Pakistan during the PML-Qs government. Why is the government maintaining a discreet silence over the attitude of Karzai and the US .

Elahi, a former Punjab chief minister, said 1500 megawatts of electricity was being wasted due to the governments misgoverning. He said the government has refused to pay outstanding money to the independent power producers, who in return had stopped producing power. (ANI)
