Bharatiya Janata Party New Delhi, Nov.30 (ANI): The scheduled parliamentary debate on Liberhan Commission’s report over Babri mosque demolition on Monday evening was postponed for next week due to non-availability of its Hindi version for parliamentarians.

The debate was previously schedule to be held on Tuesday (Dec.1).

The decision in this regard reportedly came after Samajwadi Party demanded a Hindi copy of the Liberhan Commission’s report which has indicted 68 leaders that included a number of prominent leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), said private channel report in the evening.

The Commission’s report was tabled in Parliament last week after 17 years of the enquiry panel being set up to investigate.

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party has decided not to allow its indicted leaders in the report that include senior leaders like L.K. Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi.

It is learnt that BJP President Rajnath Singh will initiate the debate on behalf of the party and Deputy Leader in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj, will be the second speaker.(ANI)
