New Delhi, Jan.28 (ANI): Minister of State for External Affairs Preneet Kaur on Thursday reiterated India’s stand that Pakistan government should bring to book all those involved in Mumbai terror attacks.

Speaking on the sidelines of the All India Convenors Conference, held on the occasion of silver jubilee celebration of Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) in the capital, Kaur said: “It’s good if they have accepted Lakhvi’s name, but the ones who were along with him, all three of Lashkar-e-Taiba and the other two, who work together as their outfits, they (Pakistan) should investigate about them as well,” said Preneet Kaur.

Kaur added that the Indian government has already handed over enough evidence to the Pakistan government. And, they should investigate all those involved in the Mumbai terror attack.

On November 25 (2009), Pakistan government reframed charges on all the seven accused, naming Lashkar-e-Taiba’s (LeT) operations chief Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, as the mastermind of the Mumbai terror attacks.

However, there was no mention of Jamaat-ud-Daawa chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed, whom India considers as the main conspirator of the attacks. It took Pakistan 364 days after the horrendous attack that rocked Mumbai on November 26, 2008 but the charges clearly appeared to be safeguarding Saeed.

Meanwhile, on this issue of repeated attacks on Indian nationals in Australia, Kaur said: “The government of Australia has agreed to set up a commission, with the Government of Australia and the…Central Government and the Government of Victoria is putting up a joint commission to look into all this. A fact finding commission and the first meeting is going to take place this Saturday-Sunday and we are very hopeful that soon the findings would be sent to us and action will be taken,” said Kaur.
