New York, Oct 29 (ANI): A model in Westchester County, who had sued a jeweller for 2.5 million dollars over a racy ad in which she faked an orgasm, has now settled her case without any courtroom drama.

She starred in an ad by the Internet jeweller, Szul Jewelry, in which she wore lingerie and moaned while the words “Jewellery works every time” appeared on-screen.

She collected just 200 dollars for making the ad.

However, neither the model nor the Jeweller disclosed the terms of the settlement in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The 38-year-old model, identified in court papers only as “Jane Doe,” got hold of the ad after she replied to an ad asking for a “real stunner” with a “great body” and “good comedic skills, reports The New York Daily News.

Just after the ad was released, the model filed a lawsuit claiming that she was duped into a “decidedly pornographic” ad set to “bump-and-grind” music.

The ad, named “Rock Her World” became an instant YouTube smash after she filed suit.

The model’’s lawyer also declined to comment. (ANI)
