Washington, Oct 18 (ANI): Actress Nicole Kidman is so determined to protect her daughter Sunday Rose from the media glare that she calls herself a lioness protecting her cubs.

The Moulin Rouge actress gave birth to her daughter with husband Keith Urban in July.

The actress, who is also the mother of adopted children, Bella, 15, and Connor, 13, from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise, has said that it is tough being a parent in 40s.

The 41-year-old star has vowed that she wont leave any stones unturned in protecting her children from the outside world.

“At 41, it’’s a more painful love. It’’s almost like my heart is stretching - I”m feeling like all these muscles stretch with emotion. It’’s a beautiful love but there’’s a lot of fear and pain for her life - and for Bella’’s and Connor’’s life, Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

She added: “When it comes to my kids, I”m like a lioness. I”m like, no one gets near my babies.” (ANI)
