Naxals blow up school building in Jharkhand
November 24th, 2009 - 12:42 pm ICT by ANIGirdih (Jharkhand), Nov 24 (ANI): Maoists blew up a primary school building in Dumri village of Giridih district in Jharkhand today.
According to sources, the building was meant to be used as a temporary shelter by security forces during the assembly elections.
There are no reports of casualties.
The rebels have blown up over 30 school buildings in Jharkhand in the last five years. (ANI)
