Kanpur, Apr 9 (ANI): Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate from Varanasi Mukhtar Ansari, who was lodged in Ghazipur jail in connection with the murder of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, has been shifted to Kanpur jail as per the orders of Election Commission.
