Washington, Sept 26 (ANI): A self-portrait of Kate Moss inscribed in ex-beau Pete Doherty’’s blood is expected to raise at least 54,000 dollars at an auction this weekend.
The painting was created between 2005 and 2006.
The masterpiece will be sold at Edinburgh auction house Lyon & Turnball in Scotland on September 27, reports Contactmusic.
The rocker - who split from supermodel Moss last year (07) - is selling the portrait with a certificate of authenticity scrawled on a napkin.
Moss is understood to have ”painted” the piece in lipstick while Doherty used his blood to write: “Who needs blood when you”ve got lipstick?” (ANI)
