Maharashtra experiences mild earthquake
January 27th, 2010 - 1:24 pm ICT by ANIMumbai, Jan 27 (ANI): Maharashtra’s Koyna region experienced a low intensity earthquake on Tuesday night that measured 3.4 on the Richter scale.
The Meteorological Department said, the quake occurred around 10:16 p.m. and was epicentred at 17.2 degrees North latitude and 73.8 degrees East longitude.
No loss of life or damage to property was reported. (ANI)
