Washington, June 17 (ANI): Legendary rockers Led Zeppelin have been honoured with the Best Live Act prize for their one-off reunion at Britain’s Mojo Magazine Awards, held in London on Monday.

They were conferred the award in recognition of a show the band staged last December at Londons O2 Wembley Arena.

Reformed ska act The Specials were inducted into the Mojo Hall of Fame, reports Contactmusic.

The Song of the Year award went to Welsh soul sensation Duffy for her breakout hit Mercy, while Nick Cave + The Bad Seeds took the Best Album prize for Dig, Lazarus Dig!!!.

Rock star Alex Turner took home the magazine’s Best Breakthrough Act for his side-project group The Last Shadow Puppet.

The Outstanding Contribution to Music Award was given to former The Jam frontman Paul Weller in celebration of his 31 years association with the music industry.

Veteran crooner Neil Diamond won the Mojo Classic Songwriter Award, while British legends Genesis bagged the Mojo Lifetime Achievement Award.

The event was hosted by the magazine’s editor Phil Alexander.
