Lashkar hideout busted in Bhaderwah

Jammu, Jan 23 (ANI): The Army and Doda District Police busted a militant hideout exclusively used by top Lashkar-e- Toiba commanders in Badani Nallah in Bhaderwah.
The crackdown was facilitated by information provided by an arrested Lashkar militant Imtiyaz Ahmed alias Saidullah, Security forces searched the forest area of Puneja in Bhaderwah and busted the concrete hideout.
Two Aircel sim cards, 40 kgs of ration, four blankets, a kerosene stove and a communication set were recovered from the hideout.
In the last two years, the security forces have engaged the Lashkar in fierce on at encounters at least 12 occasions in the Badani area. Surprisingly the militants disappeared mysteriously after the gun battle to the utter dismay of security forces. (ANI)
