London, Nov 10 (ANI): American singer songwriter Katy Perry showed her possessive side at the MTV Europe Music Awards when she caught her boyfriend Travis McCoy being surrounded by girls.

McCoy, who fronts Gym Class Heroes and had presented the Rock Out Award to 30 Seconds To Mars, seemed bemused as the girls attempted to touch his piercings and inspect his tattoos.

Perry, 24, lost her cool when she saw a gang of women trying to flirt with her boyfriend in the VIP area backstage.

Why dont you whores just p*** off?! the Mirror quoted her as having said to the girls.

After glaring at the girls then pulling faces as they turned their backs, Perry sat herself down on McCoys lap.

Katy may have been the woman of the moment at the awards but that didnt stop girls flocking round her man, a fellow reveler said.

Travis was presenting from the red carpet and also got up onstage, so he was in the spotlight, too. Plus hes massive in the States.

Katy had nothing to worry about, though. Travis only had eyes for her.
He was constantly stroking her hand and being all touchy-feely.

After she told those girls to p*** off, Travis refused to make eye contact with a single female in the room, the reveler added. (ANI)
