New York, Sept 8 (ANI): American actress Kate Hudson shocked partygoers by displaying a “nasty and rude” behaviour last week.

Hudson, who had arrived at the Gramercy Park Hotel for the Bravo premiere party for Rachel Zoe’’s new show, The Rachel Zoe Project, was said to be in a foul mood.

“She was almost indignant waiting for a friend to arrive, the New York Post quoted a source as saying.

After the actress friend arrived, they both got into an elevator headed to the rooftop party, but on the way Hudson started complaining that there were too many people around her.

“In the elevator she kept screeching, ”I”m freaking out! It’’s too much!” while waving her arms around, the source recalled the actress as saying.

Even when she arrived at the rooftop, her mood had not changed and she even ignored the waiting press line.

“I don”t do that,” she said before going into a corner and demanding a bodyguard.

The only time the Fools Gold star started relaxing was when Kevin Connolly came over and flirted with her, before she left for the Rose Bar.

Hudsons representative has given a different side to the story, defending the actress and ridiculing the story.

“This is all ridiculous and completely untrue. Kate did go to Rachel’’s party to celebrate her new show, had a great time and left with the group of girlfriends she came with,” the rep said. (ANI)
