Kashmir avalanche: Two bodies recovered
February 11th, 2011 - 6:01 pm ICT by IANSSrinagar, Feb 11 (IANS) Bodies of two of the three people, who were buried when an avalanche hit an isolated village in Jammu and Kashmir Wednesday, were recovered Friday, police said.Three members of a family were buried alive when an avalanche hit Thimran village in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district Wednesday while they were searching for their missing cattle.
Rescue efforts were on to trace the body of the third victim.
