Jet Airways, United Airlines forge frequent flyer partnership

Kochi, Nov.11 (ANI): Jet Airways and United Airlines have forged a frequent flyer partnership.
According to a company release, the scheme will take effect from November 15 this year. With this partnership, Jet Airways” JetPrivilege members may now earn and redeem JPMiles on the entire global network of United Airlines.
United Airlines operates more than 3,200 flights a day to more than 200 U.S. domestic and international destinations from its hubs in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington D.C. Similarly, United Airlines” Mileage Plus members may now earn and redeem their miles while enjoying Jet Airways” renowned service and in-flight product on its services to 64 destinations in India and beyond. Commenting on the partnership, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, CEO, Jet Airways said, “Jet Airways is proud to enter into a frequent flyer partnership with United Airlines, one of the most respected names in global aviation. Besides boosting connectivity across the busy India-USA sector, this partnership will also enable the passengers of both carriers to tap into their respective international networks, while earning and redeeming frequent flyer miles.” Jet Airways flies to 64 destinations span the length and breadth of India and beyond, including many USA and Gulf sectors.
