Jane Fonda set for Broadway return
November 5th, 2008 - 5:58 pm ICT by ANI - Send to a friend:London, Nov 5 (ANI): American actress Jane Fonda will make her Broadway comeback to perform in 33 Variations early next year.
The Oscar-winning star made her Broadway debut in 1960 with There Was A Little Girl and last appeared in the 1963 drama Strange Interlude.
Fonda will play modern-day musicologist Katherine Brandt who sets out to discover the reason for Beethoven’’s fascination with a trivial waltz.
“I am very excited about being in Moises” new play, BBC quoted Fonda, as saying.
I can”t wait to get back on stage with him in this role that I understand so well,” she added. (ANI)
