Washington, Apr 13 (ANI): American socialite Ivana Trump married her long time boyfriend Rossano Rubicondi on Apr 12 before 500 friends and family members at Mar-a-Lago, the Palm Beach estate of her ex, real estate mogul Donald Trump.

The marriage was carried out under a 15-ft. arch covered in orchids and roses, with 59-year-old Trump sharing short kisses after exchanging vows with 35-year-old Italian model-actor Rubicondi.

“I am so happy my friends from around the world came to be with me on my wedding day,” People quoted Ivana, as saying before the ceremony.

The ceremony was conducted by Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, Donald Trump’s sister, and was attended by the man himself. Their sons, Donald Jr., 30, and Eric, 24, gave the bride away, while daughter Ivanka, 26, served as mom’s maid of honor.

Amidst all the pomp and splendor, the guests dined in the gold and white Grand Ballroom - the same room where Donald and Melania Trump hosted their wedding dinner three years ago.

Adding to it all was a 12-ft.-high chocolate wedding cake that was flown in from Germany, with a 24-piece orchestra, which was flown in from Paris.

“It proves that no matter what the age of the bride, she gets whatever she wants on her wedding day,” wedding planner Cheryl Clisby said.

Ivana, who had been married to Donald Trump for more than 13 years, was asked last fall at her engagement party how she felt about the whole affair.

“It just feels right. I have no fears,” she said calling her fiance “a great guy with a lot of talent” who “always has a smile on his face.” (ANI)
