India, China sign six pacts to strengthen partnership

New Delhi, Dec 16 (ANI): India and China on Thursday signed six pacts, including one in the field of green technology to strengthen partnership.
Besides the Memorandum of Understanding on green technology, the two sides signed MoUs on exchange of hydrological data of common rivers, media exchanges and cultural exchanges.
Two pacts were signed in the banking sector. These were an MoU each between Reserve Bank of India and Chinese Bank Regulatory Commission and EXIM Bank of India and Chinese Development Bank.
The agreements were signed at the conclusion of delegation level talks between Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao.
The business leaders of the two countries have already finalised deals worth 16 billion US dollars. (ANI)
