IAF plane catches fire at Bhubaneswar airport
December 22nd, 2007 - 4:01 pm ICT by admin - Send to a friend:Bhubaneswar, Dec 22 (ANI): An Indian Air Force plane caught fire while taking off from the Biju Patnaik Airport here today.

Khurda District Superintendent of Police, Amitabh Thakur, said that one of the ‘Surya Kiran’ jets that landed at the airport for refuelling caught fire during take-off.
The other three planes were reported to be safe.
A pilot, who was inside the plane, has been rescued. (ANI)
