New Delhi, Mar.19 (ANI):Veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini today unveiled an advertisement campaign to promote a mineral water brand at the plush Le Meridien Hotel here.
The new advertising campaign is that of Kent Reverse Osmosis (RO) for the year 2008. The campaign featured Hema Malini and her two daughters Ahana Deol and Esha Deol who are officially the brand ambassadors for Kent RO Systems Ltd.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a separation process that uses pressure to force a solvent through a membrane that retains the solute on one side and allows the pure solvent to pass to the other side. More formally, it is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure.
Hema Malini enjoyed the experience of shooting the advertisement with her daughters.
“I really enjoyed working with my kids. We stay at the same home together, but when you go out professionally and work, it is a different experience altogether,” Hema Malini said.
“Today, the main problem is water. Everywhere you go drinking water is the main problem. It good that one gets clean drinking water in the metros, but I’ll be happy if it reaches even the small rural areas and villages also where people can get this mineral water,” she added.
The United Nations has earmarked March 22 as the International Day of Water to highlight the looming global water crisis. (ANI)
